That shouldnt be any problem. Just give them a page an place a flowboard shortcut on it and you are done.
Perhaps you can build a plugin or an action in your themes action that achieves that?
I would like to be able to edit the topics, to days of the week. I would like to use it for my tennisclub site, so members can add notes with questions like ‘who would like to play tomorrow’. You think that is possible? without login?
Hello, nice plugin!
Could be implemented a way of exporting these tasks? This will help if plugin is used in companies where data need to be archived.
Thank you.
Hello,
I believe, this could be awesome plugin, but, unfortunately, doesn’t work with WordPress 3.5.1
I tried http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/flowboard/installation/
1. Download the plugin
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. Create a new board in wp-admin/Notes/Boards (just title is enough)
4. Open a post or a page and click the “note”-button to add a board to your page!
I took this link from the panel after creating the board. Looks like it looses the board somewhere.
Wold you mind if I send you the login and pass to this demo WP and you could check it by yourself?
I would love to use this plugin but unfortunately it doesn’t work properly with WordPress 3.5.1. My current website is using PERMALINKS – POST NAME . After installing the plugin it messes up the whole website. All my pages show ERROR – Nothing found. After deavtivating plugin – everything works. Any chance that you fix this error in the nearest future ?
I have tried installing this on clean WordPress 3.5.1 and after installation – site is broken ! It all because of the PERMALINKS. Anyother permalinks settings than Default doesnt work with this plugin.
When saving a card the Estimate and Time Left fields are being switched.
Thanks!
I have fixed this in version 1.3.1, published to WordPress Repo now…
anyway to give each user that signs up on our site thier own flow board?
idea is only client and company can use flow board together…..
any idea if this is possible?

This plugin is very good. It’s possible send a email for responsible task? How?
Every note is a post in WP. Perhaps some mail function to posts?

The notes are actually posts in WordPress. So it should not be any problems exporting them.

Dear Andreas,

Hi,
Is it possible to assign a board to be editable for specific user?

Is there anyway to change the height of the board ?
any chance to get a drawing component besides the text feature? I’m looking for a way to let logged in users “draw” on a blank canvas.
